MyQ has been working flawlessly for quite some time - suddenly stopped working with ST yesterday - no joy on auto garage door opening when I return home. Also will not manually open/close the door from the device. It constantly shows CLOSED - when I hit the green circle to open it flashes OPENING quickly, then goes right back to CLOSED.
The Chamberlin MyQ iPhone app will open and close the door though.
The platform started having issues yesterday. There may be nothing that can be done to fix the issue in the short term (until the gremlins are killed or an exorcism is performed).
Are you running a V2 Hub? I got the email from ST Support at 3:45pm yesterday saying there was a Hub Update that would be installed Thursday between 8am - 12:00pm.
I am also trying to remove the app and it says āDevice still in use. Remove from any SmartApps or Dashboards, then try again.ā - only problem is the MyQ (Connect) app is the only app it is still in and that is what I am trying to remove. Did you ever get instructions on how to remove?
