MyQ has been working flawlessly for quite some time - suddenly stopped working with ST yesterday - no joy on auto garage door opening when I return home. Also will not manually open/close the door from the device. It constantly shows CLOSED - when I hit the green circle to open it flashes OPENING quickly, then goes right back to CLOSED.
The Chamberlin MyQ iPhone app will open and close the door though.
Any ideas on how to get this working again?
The platform started having issues yesterday. There may be nothing that can be done to fix the issue in the short term (until the gremlins are killed or an exorcism is performed).
Like maybe the HUB2 update thatās scheduled tomorrow?? (I got an email about that last night)
Rules of mine (unrelated to MyQ) werenāt firing yesterday eitherā¦I saw nothing from STā¦did I miss a service impacting notice?
It looks like they started some things early.
Are you running a V2 Hub? I got the email from ST Support at 3:45pm yesterday saying there was a Hub Update that would be installed Thursday between 8am - 12:00pm.
Nopeā¦Iām an early adopter and still on v1.
I think itās just a V2 update. Looks like theyāre slowly adding in some of the functionality that was originally promised with V2.
What have you noticed thatās been added in? (joking, other than the more persistent failures)

All the time. Likely rate limiting on the MyQ side.
I am also trying to remove the app and it says āDevice still in use. Remove from any SmartApps or Dashboards, then try again.ā - only problem is the MyQ (Connect) app is the only app it is still in and that is what I am trying to remove. Did you ever get instructions on how to remove?
I kept refreshing and after a few attempts it ended up disappearing.
Refreshing in the SmartThings app? I keep hitting remove in the app and it always does the same thing.

I turned in a support ticket and the representative couldnāt remove it. They escalated it to an engineer and I am still waiting on a response.
Hey guys, I was using the code @ https://raw.githubusercontent.com/copy-ninja/SmartThings_MyQ/master/MyQ.ServiceManager.SmartApp.groovy by @copyninja for the MyQ integration. Is there a never version or other code we are referring here? Asking it since I see a 657 reply thread running for one year
