Wire Aeotec Nano with a dumb switch?

I have an Aeotec Nano Switch (non dimmer) that I want to use with a dumb switch that is not connected to anything. (I have Philips Hue bulbs hardwired to be on that it will control).

How am I supposed to make this work? I have a dual nano switch and a pair of on/off toggle switches (specifically legrand adorne softtap).

Let me confirm. You want to use the dual nano switch just as a wireless remote control switch, and not actually connect it to any load? I suppose you can do that but it seems an odd way of doing things.

In any case, you’d wire it like this: I just deleted the load lamps from the out1 and out2. I’m not sure if the IN connection is still necessary, so I left it shown.

Thanks for the diagram, just to check would this work as I intend:

I have two switches and two sets of hue lights, I wire both switches as above and in ST I should be able to use them to toggle the Hue on (to a preset color) and off?

My intention is to keep the look of the switches I currently have.

Yeah, that should work. You’re just setting up the switch as a virtual trigger, and when switch A is turned on, then turn on hue set A. etc etc.
