I just added a Wi-Fi extender after I had installed my Blink cameras.
Question is by doing an update on the camera will it find the extender & improve the signal & connectivity?
Or do I need to delete the camera in question and reinstall?

Yes, but you still have to be within range of the sync module. I have a WiFi mesh network with several access points and it works great with Blink. You don’t have to delete and reinstall the camera.
Unless @siam changes his SSID. I just went through that two days ago.
No need to delete, just rerun the wifi to reconfigure the sync module.
