“While this is true” is not working. When I click the + sign UNDER “while this is true” and add the conditional rule (Away mode is active), the conditional rule appears ABOVE “while this is true” and UNDER “If any of these happen”. Consequently, the conditional rule operates as an unconditional trigger. I am unable to set up a conditional trigger, no matter how many times I remove and recreate the rule. Yet on the Smart Rules web page, the image shows the conditional rule “Away mode is active” UNDER “while this is true.”

I have several rules set up with this in Smart Rules. Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish with the whole rule?

I deleted and re-installed the app and it worked fine.
