Do you know where can I find Aeotec (Aeon Labs) things to buy in Orlando, Florida? I tried to search at Google but I didn’t find any physical store at this region that sell this itens.

I am fairly sure they are only available online.
As Eric said, They are primarily available online. You can find them at Amazon and at zwaveproducts.com and most of the other Z wave retailers.
There is one other option. Some of the Aeotec devices are compatible with the staples connect system and those items can be ordered online through the Staples website for delivery to a local store. You still have to pre-pay with a credit card online, so this may not help, but it does mean you don’t have to have a delivery address and you can pick it up at a local Orlando store (they do have two Orlando locations).

I could never find many zwave/zigbee stuff to buy here locally, so your best shot is Amazon.
All local Best Buy has most SmartThings products now, and you can also find some other 3rd party devices on either Lowe’s or Home Depot.
