Its first product set my heat pump’s controller board on fire, or at least shorted it out. That while online with their tech support, following their advice on how to make the dam thing work with my Carrier Infinity system.
Short version: It doesn’t and can’t and will cost you an $800 replacement controller to try. Shame their compatibility guide didn’t say that.
