I have a ST multisensor that has three-axis sensing. Tried to use it on a motorized skylight, but that skylight apparently moves too slowly to register on the sensor. Ahhh well…
I have decided, I am going to try a few of the suggestions, and use the one I think I will get the most use out of. And I might use one I called obvious.

Place one in the recliner back and it will let you know when gramps is taking it easy. Also it will let you know if he’s been reclining for more than 30 minutes so you can go wake him up lol

To start the heating blanket (via smart outlet) within the sofa cushion if someone=wife sits down and seperates both parts. the second part is taped
to not be too “sticky”!
