Sure, you just take a regular pressure sensor and then attach a zwave contact sensor to it. See the following project report:
You can do this with any size pressure mat. There’s some discussion of smaller versions in the following project report on a smart chair. 
If you want to calibrate it to specific weight, that’s more complicated, but it can still be done.
