Unable to be granted developer access

I’ve attempted to contact support over a week ago but no response. I’m still unable to access the developer side of the IDE I once was able to. Did something change I don’t know about? I log in the same way hundreds of times before and won’t give me access to device types, logging, or smartapps. Can someone out there lend a hand? I’m stumped…tried multiple browsers, here’s a screenshot.


In the 1.5 years+ I have been with ST and using the IDE I have yet to see the option to “Grant Developer access”. As far as I know, nothing has changed and, sorry to say, the problem you are encountering can only be addressed by Support.
