Turn on lights on movement but in between a certain time

Hi there.
I was wondering if this was possible?
I want to turn of the lights in the bathroom but between sunset and sunrise (night) the light is dimmer than between sunrise and sunset (day) where the light is 100%

I usderstand that i need to greate one automation for each, but on the app under ‘If’ it seems like the action is “if this or this” but i would like to to be “if this and this”.

Does this make sense?

Yes you can, how you approach it differs between which tool you are creating he automation with. Are you using custom automations, smart lighting or other?
