I was able to replicate this issue only using a new project. It seems there’s an issue with the apps
endpoint (POST requests), so the team is already investigating what’s going on. I’ll let you know once we get more info

I just made a test and I was able to register a new SmartApp where the issue was (POST requests), the update wasn’t a problem.
Please, check if you can do it too and let me know
