Trigger action based on Temperature Sensor on a Motion Sensor?

Probably a dumb question, but how do I interact with the temperature sensor on a motion sensor? I have a Samsung motion sensor in my kitchen and I want it to turn on the fan when the temperature gets over 28. I just can’t see how to configure it though. Any help would be appreciated.

Which version of the SmartThings mobile app are you using? The rules engines are somewhat different.

I have both, so I’m happy to set them up in either if they work. I had to scan the barcode on the sensors with the new app
