Screwed up my first post, so let’ try again . I already have a set of Thinkbee switches installed & am wondering if all Thinkbee switches & receivers are comparable with each other . My set has the thin plastic ring around the switches &
I see theres a switch that has no ring around the switches

This forum was set up a number of years ago so that people using the Samsung SmartThings ™ home automation platform could help other customers with ideas and troubleshooting, so all of the questions and answers are assumed to be in that context.
Since Thinkbee doesn’t work with SmartThings, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you much here unless somebody just happens to have that system in addition to SmartThings.
The Reddit home automation subreddit covers all brands, so you might try asking there.

No problem, happens all the time. This is a very active forum and SmartThings does work with many different devices from different brands, so the algorithms do tend to bubble it up. Hope you find the answer you’re looking for.
