It works in Tado app and most stuff works on SmartThings, temp, set temp, heat & off mode, just don’t get the states.even is shown in routines,
Can you post a screenshot of the driver version? In my app I only have two states. Off and Heat. I do not see as many options as you.
I have the same driver and the state displays “off” or “heat” for me.
What device are you accessing SmartThings on? Did you try removing and then adding the device? Maybe the driver got corrupted somehow.
I believe the heat and off is a mode condition, if you switch from heat to off Tado controller goes into frost mode/ off, the state condition should show call for heat, or pending heat
Not tried removing yet, trying to convince myself whether this option is available, my other zigbee thermostats have this option, I’ve got this all linked from smartthings to SharpTools

See the modes off on here, but the states are missing, are you seeing states on yours or just blank like mine
The heat / off mode is just to turn the thermostat off, on Tado when off I believe it adjusts it to 5° to act as frost protection.
