Amazon has Sylvania BR30 for $21 for a 4 pack full color and dimmable. Seller is Franko Lighting. Not sure about the seller, but I have a couple of these bulbs and they are great. The color spectrum is not as good as Hue but for this price, I think they are pretty decent.
For anyone interested in the seller, Franko Lighting was the same one selling the garden spots and flex lights for cheap recently and I had great results with both shipping and the items.

I’ve also ordered from Franko half a dozen times now, through Amazon, and I have received my products ahead of the projected arrival date. They have been a great seller.
