FAQ: How to Choose Specific Sensors for Away/Home/Disarmed in STHM?

I’ve searched high and low, but can’t figure out how to customize the Arm(away), Arm(stay), and Disarmed modes? What I’d like to do is choose specifically which door/window/motion sensors to use in each of the modes. I’m sure the answer is right in front of my face, but my nose keeps getting in the way. Thank you!
