Wow I’m surprised none of that got you back up and running!
The CLI is the SmartThings ‘command line interface’, which is just an application you download to a computer (Windows/Linux/Mac) that allows you to perform a number of tasks such as getting info and issuing commands for devices, drivers, channels, etc. It also allows you to display log output for a chosen driver. So in this case it may allow us to see if some error is occurring with the driver, or if it is even installed and running on your hub.
