Some modules allow current measurement in Ampers. Is there a standard capability for this?

Right now the ecosystem is giving live support for Power Meter and Voltage Measurement (between other energy consumption-related capabilities that you can fetch at the Capabilities Reference), hence, I recommend you to create a custom capability inspired on the definition and presentation schemas of the above-mentioned capabilities (of course, supporting its own range and unit).
