In the last couple of weeks, my morning automations have quit working. I have a few more in the afternoon and at night that seem to work as expected. I haven’t changed the programming since I created them several years ago. I’ve logged into my Smart things account and explored the hub…but don’t see anything obviously wrong. What am I missing? Why only some, and why now?
I’ve been having similar problems with my morning automation off and on. Sent a support ticket request yesterday as for the last few days I’ve been having trouble with most of my automations only partially firing (i.e. upon arrival it will deactivate the alarm and maybe (maybe not) change the ecobee temps but ignores 2 simple scenes and the notify command?
I’m glad to know I’m not the only one. I just have a couple of lights that come on early, then brighten up a bit, and then go out. 3 events…the first two aren’t working…but the turn off event is.
This happens to me too sometimes. For one light, it’s the “off” event that stops, and for another light, it’s the “on” even that stops lol.
Is it consistent? Mine seem to have no rhyme or reason to their failed automations. Some days they work and some days they don’t. I can’t make hide nor hair of it.
Mine has been consistent…but only starting in the last week or so…and it’s only the two morning “on” events…that part is consistent!
Agreed that some are not seeming to run all the time or are misfiring. I’ve recreated one several times now, to see what the issue it, but I can’t be sure yet.

I was just noticing “on” events based on time only, no sunrise/sunset, not triggering. And yes, late yesterday it starting working again properly. Thank you!
