I resolved all my SmartCam contingencies, on advice from Samsung rebranded website WiseNet Life support. Deleted IOS app SmartCam then installed Wisenet SmartCam+ that turned out perfect. OK so, my camera is not supported by ST. As far as I am concerned my Samsung SmartCam SNH-V6430BNH is smart enough for me connected to my PoE Network.
