Hello, our company uses alot of smartthing systems for various things, recently we have noticed the text routines are not coming through when you setup a new routine. even if you send YES to 844647 we get no replies. any ideas? thanks Daniel.
There was a user reporting they did not get a confirmation when they texted YES. Best advice is to contact ST support to report it and get it escalated to a higher level.

If you haven’t already, I recommend reaching out to SmartThings support for assistance and to ensure they are aware of the issue. In the meantime, trying the disable/enable method could help restore functionality for your text routines. Official Site
