I purchased and installed a SwitcnBot Hub 2 + a SwitchBot outdoor temperature/humidity sensor, 100% compatible with Matter, SmartThings, Google Home, Alexa, SmartLife.
No problem integrating with SmartThings but I have an incorrect value return on the temperature of these 2 sensors.
In App SwitchBot I am configured in °C.
In App SmartThings I am configured in °C.
But when I open SmartThings App or via PC the value displayed is in Farenheit despite the °C in unit.
When I click on the “refresh” button I have the value in °C which updates until the next communication with my sensors 1 minute.
I have consulted a lot of topics on the web but no method has solved my problem.
I want to build scenarios to automate my rolling shutter wifi switches according to the interior and exterior temperature, which is not possible at the moment given the errors in the values of my sensors.
Can anyone help me?
I’ve been using SmartThings for a long time for other devices at home, and its scenario features are excellent compared to competing apps.
Sorry if my English is bad, I’m French and work with Google Translate
THANKS ,
