Smartthings Outlet with Dolce Gusto Coffee Machines?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if I can use an outlet to control through SmartThings a coffee machine I’m planning to acquire here in Latin America: the Nescafé’s Dolce Gusto.

I’m not sure how’s the experience with coffee machines that can elaborate Macchiatos or other types of coffee, but I’d be glad to read your comments. I’d like to know if an outlet could properly work with this machine.

The outlet only powers a device. It can’t hit a “start” button to begin the brew so depending on your device the outlet may or may not help.
