SmartThings Hub v3 integration with other Zigbee 3 protocol devices

I’m looking into smart home automatization and finally decided on STH v3 which is Zigbee3

• Lights (either Linkind GU10) https://www.linkind.com/product/smart-zigbee-cct-gu10-led-bulbs-eu/
• Smart Switches (Aqara) https://www.aqara.com/eu/product/smart-wall-switch-h1-with-neutral
• a couple of Sonoff BasicZBR3
• Door/light sensors from Aquara

From what I understand all the devices above are Zigbee 3 compatible. Is there any compatibility issue I may encounter?

Door/light sensors from Aquara

Did Aqara ever release the T1 models of their sensors that are zigbee 3.0? The other models are a custom zigbee language that wasn’t HA 2.1 or Zigbee certified.
