Smartthings hub appear not connected to internet but internet works

I nees to know what ports use smartthings to check interrnet becuase the last week change my provider internet service, but qhen change and connect the internet is ok but now i can have access to router appears dont have internet.

I think maybe it is possible to open the ports do you know what ports use smartthings.

11111, 443, and 39500

The led was green all time the problem is I haven’t access to setting on hub by smarthings app.

Thanks for ports problem fixed… the other think fix is change DNS from hub to 8.8.8.8
