SmartThings all devices offline. Can't connect to Samsung cloud

Since couple of days I am facing issue with Smartthings. Seems like all samsung devices are not able to connect to Samsung cloud. SmartThings app in multiple devices are failing too, so no need to clear app cache, re install app, etc. Family hub refrigerator also shows all devices offline. Suspecting SmartThings APIs are blocked by my wifi router/modem. However it started only last couple of days.

SmartThings app shows error when on wifi, opens up when on mobile data.

does your Router have logs? are you able to whitelist smartthings.com on your Router?

Can you provide smartthings’ url links/ports that I can add to router filter?
