Hi there, is there any reason why smart lock guest access is not available in Australia? or is there any way to get access to it?
I was previously using the Rboy smart app, however this no longer works now that Groovy is no longer and who knows if/when he will have a solution for the new platform.
There are a couple of ST apps such as Smart Lock Guest Access and Smart Lighting that are region locked. This means they are not available in all countries. As for the exact reason, I believe, is unknown.
Best advice would be to contact ST support and request for them to make it available.
