Smart Things shows incorrect email/pw when logging in using Samsung account credentials

I’ve got a S22ultra, logged in with my Samsung account and credentials, but the Smart Things app says ‘incorrect username/password’ when I try to log in.
It’s automatically finding the Samsung account so it won’t let me input my old Smart Things info. Haven’t found any login details on the Smart Things site, just this community page so no idea where to start with resetting things.


Contact ST support andreport the issue. Others are reporting the same issue.
