I am using smart things for 10 days. I want to check the consumption of my ac its showing 0 now I used it for 1 hour it still showing 0 consumption and sometimes it is showing the device is offline.

All my Samsung Windfree+ ACs consumption are available in this smartapp.

I discovered only yesterday thanks to this topic in an Italian assistance forum, that consumption is visible only on monosplits. This is really bad news for me.
It also surprises me that no one has ever asked for this.

Same issue here. You’d think Samsung would have mentioned this deficiency somewhere. Basically you only get the usage hours on the multi zone and the energy consumption on the single zone. This makes the energy feature useless.

What exactly does this mean? Being fairly new to AC units, I’m not familiar with the terminology.
Our wind free units also won’t show up as “connected devices” whilst our washing machine and TV does

I am experiencing the same issue. It is quite disappointing to invest in a high-end device that is expected to have seamless integration, yet lacks essential information like energy consumption.
