Smart rules and time

I have a outside motion Sensor that turns on the porch lights. I only want this to turn on the lights 830pm to 630am . So in smart rules I have everything set up so if their is any motion to turn on the lights at 830pm . However this is the problem (under if these things are true ) I have if time is after 830pm works great until 12 midnight comes the light never turns on at 12, 1am 2am 3am ect So then I went and tried the rule (is after sun set ) that didn’t work at all. So I know there is an obvious solution here how do I set up this motion sensor to only turn on the lights from 830pm to 630am in smart rules .
