which brand/model lock do you have? is it using an Edge driver or dth? you can use browser api to find all the data… find the device, tap on details and screenshot that section and post it. Others should be able to assist you after that.

btw… you replied to an out-of-date thread. there are plenty of newer ones dealing with SLGA and recent struggles some users have had… locks not appearing, codes not working
