I live in Israel but I am using the US Smartthings and devices (908 Mhz)and everything works great. Lately I upgraded my modem router which also serves as a ZWave hub for 916 mhz devices.
Can I Use both frequencies at once? (using 2 different hubs) Or they will interfere to each other?

It should be doable, but you can always get some bleedover interference if the two controller devices are too close together. Try just physically keeping the smartthings hub at least 3 m away from the router and I would think you’d be OK. But you may just have to try it and see.
