I am using voice integration with Alexa, by connecting the Smartthings skill. The problem is that most of the devices in Smartthings, are already available in Alexa, duplicating those devices in Alexa, making it confusing and more difficult to work with. Is there a way I can previously select which devices I want Alexa to import?

It has been a much requested option which used to be available but got removed a few years ago
It is possible to disable duplicate devices in Alexa. Maybe create a separate group to reduce clutter within the Alexa app.
Alternatively, only add the devices in SmartThings and allow them to propagate to Alexa vs. being added to both.
