Whenever I try to add my ZigBee devices by doing “Add Device” -> “Scan”, the Smartthings hub doesn’t scan for my devices. I also notice that the green LED on the hub isn’t blinking as it should. Why isn’t the “Scan” feature working like it’s supposed to?
Try to reboot the hub and the phone. Also check that you’ve selected the right location in the app.
It doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Do you notice this problem on your hub too?
I had it once and restarting the phone fixed it.
