Samsung Q990D + S90D - AI and smarthome features are just cheap marketing?

I have the devices mentioned in the title and bought them for their smart features, however it is beyond me how such a simple routine is not possible.

Scenario:

  1. Use soundbar with a mobile phone to play spotify
  2. Turn on TV
  3. The source does not automatically change to TV on soundbar - needs to be manually changed

No options in smartthings integration to do this as a routine exists. Please help.

In general, Samsung’s electronics/appliances do not have a good history of integration with SmartThings. TVs do not stay connected. Robot vacuums have very limited options in Routines, soundbars have many issues, gas dryers do not report power usage …

I wish it were a better story but it’s not.

I will have to agree with Nezmo. The features you mention are available in Sonos app.
