I was signed in as “Googlemail” in the Samsung app, and “Gmail” in the IDE page!
I really appreciate the help, BRAD, thank you for encouraging me

I am stuck here as well… My IDE page has no hubs and telling me to claim via the ST app…
Both ST site and IDE site use the same email…
OK, let’s start with how you are connecting to the IDE. Ideally you should be using https://account.smartthings.com/ as that should redirect you to the correct place for your account. If you use one of the direct URLs, such as https://graph.api.smartthings.com/, you should still see your Location(s), but you will need to click on the Location name under My Location to be redirected to where you should be to see your hubs.
