Samsung Gas Range multiple notifications issue

Question about Samsung Gas Range model # NX60A6711SG/AA Smartthings connected oven. I use the Smartthings app and the oven is sending me 4 notifications in a row for every event that happens on the oven. Is there a way to fix this issue short of disabling the notifications or shutting off the wifi? I called Samsung/Smartthings customer service and opened a ticket today. They have no solution. I’ve read this issue goes back as far as 2016. This oven is new and still an issue. Is this a coding or hardware issue?

I am comfortable loading new device handlers and changing code with step by step instructions. I am not a coder or developer. I have a lot of connected devices in my home, everything in my home is smartthings connected and I’ve never had an issue like this.
