I’m looking into using Envi heaters that would be controlled by Smarrthings…are there any 120v zwave/zigbee plugs that read temperature? Could smartthings be used as a virtual thermostat to turn on and off individual heaters?

Not to my knowledge, you will most likely need 1 device for temp readings and 1 device to control the power
I’m not aware of any either, however AEON does have motion sensors that include temp sensors. You could get real fancy with enough programming knowledge and turn on/off heaters based on temp and motion.
