Roller Shutter Neutral Wire Required - EU?

Hi.
I am looking to automate my roller shutter.
There are a very limited options in EU. One of them - Fibaro Roller Shutter looks that it requires a neutral wire.

I don´t have it available. Can I use a dummy wire?
What other options are there in the market?

Hi Segio,

I live in europe and i have a roller shutter, but you indeed need a neutral wire.
i use the Aeon micro motor controller DSC14104
