Recent Blink device handlers?

I did some research but only found older listings, so I’m asking new.

Working with:
Alexa
New ST app
Blink XT2.

1. Alexa will see Blink as a trigger but will not act on the system (arm/disarm) using routines. Is there a current device handler/virtual switch out there?
2. Blink totally invisible to ST. I’d like to arm Blink when home monitor is turned on.
   Any suggestions?
