Hi @Aim23
Added to this driver version
To device works fine you need do this:
Uninstall device from app
Uninstall old driver version of Zigbee Multi Switch and Child Mc if it is installed in your Hub
Install this driver version in your Hub from my channel
Add new device from App with search nearby option
One device was installed, about 2 minutes, then in device settings you can create a child independent device for plug-2

Hi Mariano
Thank you for your work
I have many switches using the old driver I have installed on my hubs
Will they all still function if I delete and install this new zigbee multi switch and child mc from your beta drivers channel
Thank You
Ron

Hi,
Then wait for the driver to update automatically on your hub, in 12 hours maximum.
then check that the version date of your driver is equal to or higher than the published one and install the device
Ok just wait till the 4.5 multi switch driver updates automatically to my hubs then remove the new 2 outlet GPO power point and then rescan the new GPO to smart things
This is my understanding of what you would like me to do am I correct?
Thank you for your time to help me add this external Power Point to our network
Ron
SmartThings will refuse to delete a driver that is in use so thereβs no danger of βorphaningβ working devices.
There were some reports mouths ago that trying to delete an in-use driver would cause it to update from its channel.
Hi Hal
Thanks I was a little worried I would have to delete then rescan all the switches in again about 60 of them.
Saturday gone.
Yes Me too. Is there an edge driver out there?
Looking for a SMATRUL ZigBee Tuya Remote Control 4 Gang 12 Scenes WiFi Light Switch Edge Driver. I think this is similar to the other Tuya switch. May only need the MFG and Model added.
SmartThings supports a number of different Home Automation protocols, like an entertainment system that can play Blu-ray or DVDs or television or radio. Each protocol is unique, and we have multiple threads in the forum, one for each protocol, to make it easier for the community developers. For example, some developers only work with Zigbee, not zwave or LAN. WiFi and Zigbee are two different protocols.
The device that you are posting about is a Zigbee device, so I have moved your request from the Z wave thread to the Zigbee thread.
Driver for SMATRUL ZigBee Tuya Remote Control 4 Gang 12 Scenes WiFi Light Switch
This is similar to the Tuya 4 button switch from
@obmaz Is your 4 button switch good for the MATRUL ZigBee Tuya Remote Control 4 Gang ?
Tuya devices are either Zigbee or WiFi. Not zwave. Please post your request in the correct thread. It makes it easier for the community developers.
I have moved your posts to the Zigbee request thread.
Thanks for such a quick response, Mariano! Here you go.
Thanks again for even attempting to help me. If youβre able to help me get it going, even better!
Ho @Mike_Wilson
Sorry, I donβt have any drivers that can work with this device.
In Zigbee buttons, each manufacturer uses different clusters and attributes to operate their devices and makes it difficult to standardize a driver, in fact the stock driver has 18 subdrivers for 18 different manufacturers and each manufacturer has different models that work.
It may be difficult to find a driver for this device as it is not easy to include them easily.
In this link you can see in the src and zigbee-multi-button folder all the manufacturers that have models that work on the stock smartthings driver, in case you decide to change devices.
Iβve added the FP and deployed (2023-12-19T07:17:16.899235608)
Let me know whether it works.
FYI: Someone has already taken over the id and created something similar.
