Have recently bought SMARTTHINGS WIFI (ET-WVS23) MANUFACTURER SAMSUNG MAHUFACTURE DATE: 2018.11.07

When it adds officially to the SmartThings app, error 36-302 occurs. The device is properly connected to electricity and the Internet.

Yes, that was a mistake:

Return it and get a recent model, like the Aeotec Smart Home Hub 2 (V4).

Hmmm , I was asking for specifically manually push the current firmware whitelist token to the MAC address, my doors are too heavy cn’t use it even for door stopper . So please fix it, Is there any Option at All??

The latest known firmware for the ET-WV523 is 52.21 (last updated June 2024). These models haven’t received any further updates since then and are discontinued.

They are completely useless as a SmartThings hub.

That is not even possible.

They also disabled the smartthings functionality on these devices, unless you are grandfathered in. There is no way yo reset these devices and use smartthings, even with the older firmware.
