Does These work with smartthings. They are for sale for 80$
These appear to only communicate with their companion hub using DECT, so they will not even appear on your WiFi network.
Coupled with the fact that they are sub-megapixel (VGA), the range of the motion sensor is reported to be about 2 meters with only a 30° range, I would be surprised if this Panasonic system ever “caught on” in the HA space.
Someone else can chime in if I am wrong, but I doubt this can be connected to SmartThings.
