Does anyone know if it is possible to use a devices Offline/Online status as a trigger? I would like to be able to trigger an Automation when a device that has been powered off comes back online.

I think this is more of a Webcore question, yes?
Device Health has always been somewhat arcane. Connected status isn’t currently offered as a condition for Automations, and the Health Check capability attributes that used to reflect it stopped doing so several months ago for hub connected devices, although I guess they might still work for cloud integrations (I don’t have any, not that are working anyway). The functionality exists in the REST API for apps to subscribe to the changes but it doesn’t seem to have been exploited anywhere useful yet.
