Yep, that’s right. Why it’s sending longs I don’t know, since that’s not what the ColorMap object uses as far as I can tell from the API documentation. However, Groovy is more of a script language I think and as long as things are roughly the right shape, they’ll get passed signature argument validation.
When attempting to add Trend Setter - Dimmer Group Device as a new smart app, I get this error:

When I try getting from repo, it also errors.
The Dimmer Group Device is a Device Handler, not a SmartApp. Go to My Device Handlers in the IDE and add there.

Thanks a lot for this grouping capability.
I could put together my outlets and it works perfectly in smartthings.
However, still not able to make it work through google assistant/home.
Any suggestions?
I installed only use the device handler for switch group and the smart apps.
For users of Trend Setter smartapp and Alexa: do you ever have issues with Alexa saying she can’t find the device group created by Trend Setter? I’m not sure if this is an Alexa issue or something to do with Trend Setter groups, but I’ve got one device (group of smart bulbs) that Alexa often says she cannot find then after running device discovery she’ll say no new devices were discovered, but yet she’s able to control my Trend Setter group again. Just wondering if anyone else has these issues.
I do not see this problem with Alexa and any of my Trend Setter groups
The only time I have issues with Alexa is when it gets confused with other devices with vaguely similar names.
I don’t know what it is and not saying it’s Trend Setter either but it’s driving me crazy. What used to be an occasional issue has now become a situation where at least 2-3 times a day Alexa tells me she cannot find device, have to run device discovery and even though she says she cannot find any new devices that Trend Setter group device magically starts working again.
That is rather odd since as far as Alexa is concerned, the group device is no different than any other device in Smart Things 
I could understand if it didn’t behave properly but for it to say it can’t find it at all is very strange.
One thing I’ve noticed is normally if Alexa cannot find a device because you tell her the wrong name she says “Sorry I didn’t find X” but in my case she says “Sorry I didn’t find a device or group named X in Gene’ profile”. I’m not sure what the profile stuff is all about.

I Forked your “smartThings” repository, and attempted to fork the 2 links in the readme, but they just won’t join into the repository. I’ve added the repos to the Smartthings Smartapps, but when I go to update there are no apps to add…
Sorry I am totally new to smartthings, just got it 2 days ago, so I have alot to learn. I am trying to basically follow the steps that I used to install the Nest… which was pretty simple.
If I am gathering this smartapp right, than I should be able to have 1 Actiontile for my Ceiling fan (3 hue lights) that can change color/dim/white levels all in one tile. This way I can group them all together and clean up my actiontile as well as make life easy on the control panel, instead of doing everything 3x.
Edit: Figured it out… that was mildly infuriating, and I blame fatigue!
There really needs to be a halfway decent guide on how to do this stickied somewhere so that noobs like myself can just glance at it and have a understanding. For installing smartapps in general…

If you have more than one person in your household (you can link multiple Amazon accounts) you can tell Alexa to switch accounts by saying “switch accounts”. I guess it’s so you can have separate shopping lists/reminders etc.

Sorry. New to integating with the IDE.
I’ve added the 2 SmartApps (published the 1), added 6 Device Handlers successfully, but I’m not seeing anything showing up in the SmartThings App, what am I missing here?!
Edit: Nevermind, f*** Samsung, man. I was somehow logged into a different IDE under the same email address. I can only guess I got there because I didn’t know my correct password and had to try like 10 different ones. When I finally got in, I guess I wasnt really in ??? Logging out and back in knowing the correct password, had to redo all of it again and it works fine. Thanks Samsung.
