Notifications - When automations don't run

Hi new to smartthings and I have 2 questions:

I’m using the new ST app, (Only installed it yesterday) is it possible for the automation to send a text notification not an in-app message notification?

Secondly is it possible to set up an automation to notify you if another automation (or a scene) doesn’t run?

Users with US phone numbers can text YES to 844-647 to opt in to SMS… then you can set up text notificatons in automations

As for the second question, I do not believe that is possible but maybe someone knows of a solution and will respond :slight_smile:
