Non battery powered NO NC zigbee sensor/switch

Looking for a suggestion for a zigbee sensor/switch that can send me a notification and can connect to my aux alarm terminal. See NC, COM and NO. The only ask is that it should not be battery powered. New to this so pardon me if it’s a stupid question.

Where do you live as the chooses will very.

In North America the Zooz Zen 16 multi-relay a Z-wave (not ZigBee) device would be a perfect fit for your application. No batteries are needed and it can be powered in several ways.

I just ordered one. Any chance you can guide me on wiring the system please. Thank you

One pair of wires from the NO & C or the NC & C (your choice) terminals in the pump panel to the SW1, SW2 or SW3 terminals (your choice) on the Zen 16.

In the settings for the Zen 16 you will tell it if you are using NC or NO circuits and which SW you used.

You will have 2 additional circuits (the 2 SWs you didn’t use) for other things in the future.

Power can be supplied from a standard USB plug (it comes with a cable) or there is a set of power terminals you can use if you have 12 to 24 volt AC or DC power in the panel.

An advantage to using the NC & C contacts is that if the wire you adds comes lose or breaks you will trigger whatever automation you set up.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE POWER TO THE PANEL IS SHUT OFF BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING.

Thank you!

The sonos ZBMini is zigbee and only $14. It has switch inputs that you can use to sense the relay states.
