hello all. I ran a search and couldn’t find any solutions. I tried to add my Nexx Home Garage into Smartthings but it wouldn’t allow me to. Stating the app is not compatible in the United States. I took a screen shot
Any solutions?

I see it saying it’s compatible but no certified. If you’re having trouble I would recommend contacting Nexx support.
This is supposed to be compatible, now. I recently got one this weekend and set it up and it connected to Alexa as a Skill just fine but when I got to SmartThings, it does not work. Since this is only SmartThings, I have to think the issue is inside them. I also cannot edit scenes but I will open up a different thread over that.
One thing that really was an issue with me was a trailing space on my logon. Make sure there is none.
But once I fixed that and granted SmartThings permissions to the Nexx, it sat there and spun for a while and errored out at the end. So, it tries to go through the motions but ultimately failes.
