The error looks pretty clear to me… You missed removing something.
Just did a little more research and I got it all connected now I’m trying to figure out in ST how to set the “good bye” to a ecobee mode and not a temp.
I have smartthings go to away mode when everyone leaves the house based on phone presence. And use the mode handler in the ecobee suite to set the thermostats to away mode when smartthings goes to away. And the opposite when someone returns.
I believe there are a few ways to do this but this way has been reliable for me.
