New smartapp idea

[cuboy29]

Anyone ever consider doing a smartapp that will play a SONOS (song or message) every time your favorite NFL team score?

How to get Sonos to tell me when my team scores

Hey guys, I want to get my Sonos player to tell me with a custom message that my team scored… I went through IFTTT, but it can only turn my Sonos ‘on’ (whatever that means). Anybody know how/if this can be done? Thanks, Pat

There is, however, a problem with the Sonos text-to-speech function at the moment. SmartThings are aware of and working on fixing this.
